I am Lois and I have been married to Geoffrey for 40+ years.  We are both from Leicester and worked in the hoisery for years. My mum taught me to sew at an early age, she was a great seamstress and used to make me lots of beautiful clothes. We moved to Lincolnshire about 6 years ago to enjoy our retirement, and it was then that I found 1/12th scale items.  I bought a dolls house and started to make bits and peices for my house and its then the obsession began.  I now sit on a daily basis creating items that I would love to own, and I sell them at dolls house fairs around the country Shows We Are At 2009.  We enjoy the social side of the business as much as the commercial side.  Geoff and I have met some lovely people and have become part of a great social network through dolls houses. I have become a proud member of D-A-M-E http://www.d-a-m-e.com/index.htm some of the people on here have made my life so much easier, offering tips and help along the way.
